While we make several efforts to offer these items for sale free from defects or damage, we do not guarantee that will always be the case. It is understood by you that these items may be imperfect in some way due to their prior use. Zinman Interiors takes great pride in sharing previously loved vintage and antique decor. Some of these items may have chips, cracks or wear consistent with use. Where possible, we have noted such damage if it was noticeable to us on our inspection or during cleaning/readying for sale. Most items do not come in their original box or with original paperwork, unless stated otherwise in the sale listing.

SHIPPING: At our discretion, we use USPS Priority service or FedEx Ground to ship your package. Shipping occurs 1-2 times per week, depending on volume of recent sale activity, so please allow approximately 7 days to receive your order. If needed in a hurry, contact us for express options. We also offer both local pickup and delivery in the Cherry Hill, NJ area and surrounding region.

RETURNS: We accept no returns, due to the used nature of our product. All items are listed as final sale. If there is a problem with your item when received please reach out. While it isn’t feasible to offer return for these items, we do want our customers to be happy. To that end, it’s important for you to share with us if something was not as expected – so we may improve through your feedback and offer an alternative solution for you.
